THE HOPKINS TOURNAMENT MEN’S DRAWN DOUBLES The Mahurangi East Tennis Club held it's inaugural competiton for the Hopkins Trophy. The tournament was the Men's Drawn Doubles Club Championship. Nine pairings played a round robin tournament and after many thrilling and close matches the winners were Gerry Brown and Arthur Hopkins.  Congratulations to both players and to all other competitors.  The spectators thoroughly enjoyed the day.
